  1. Hello! I’ve been following your blog for a few days and look forward to reading it everyday. I ordered the Overnight Diet book and should be receiving it today or tomorrow. Besides the official website, there really aren’t any other non-bias reviews so I’m following your progress closely. Once I read the book and get my supply of protein drinks I’ll be starting as well. Keep up the good work!

    • Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, but good for you on wanting to try something. Please read the book thoroughly because you don’t want to rush through it and then have to keep on going back and forth on trying to find something and also mark the books at places such as the Rev Up Exercises, the smoothie recipes and of course some of the menus.

      I know I was trying to find reviews of the diet before diving in and trying it but most of those who have been on it are the news people and you never really get a chance to hear the stories of the people who were involved in the diet program before it went public. That would be great, but until there are more people I guess I will post so others can see what it is about and how to avoid my pitfalls.
